1. Services
We provide aerial photography and videography services, including but not limited to real estate, commercial projects, events, and aerial inspections. Service availability is subject to scheduling and FAA regulations.

You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.

Content, images, and videos displayed on this site are the property of Jordan Herzing and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings require confirmation from us before being finalized.

A deposit may be required to secure a booking.

Payments are due as agreed upon in the service contract or invoice.

Failure to make payments may result in cancellation or withholding of final deliverables.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled may be refunded (excluding non-refundable deposits, if applicable)

Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather-related rescheduling will be accommodated where possible.
5. FAA & Legal Compliance
All drone operations will be conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule projects that would require flying in restricted or unsafe areas.
6. Liability

We take all reasonable precautions during flights, but we are not liable for unforeseen issues such as weather, technical malfunctions, or restricted airspace limitations.

We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of business, or delays outside of our control.
7. Privacy
Any personal information collected through this website (e.g., contact forms) will only be used to respond to inquiries or manage bookings. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
